AN INTERVIEW WITH NIKOS DENDIAS, GREEK MINISTER OF PUBLIC ORDER

In the course of research on police brutality in Greece, we interviewed Nikos Dendias, the Greek Minister of Public Order. In the excerpts that we present here, the Minister speaks on police brutality, immigration, Golden Dawn, and the European Court of Human Rights.

The full interview with the Minister of Public Order Nikos Dendias was published (in Greek) in the 12th issue of UNFOLLOW magazine (December 2012). In UNFOLLOW we have also published extensive reports on police violence in Greece. Greek speakers can look for features on the Greek police in issues #11 and #12.
